At around 8.30am on Thursday 19 October 2023, the victim parked in a car park on Wanneroo Road in Wanneroo. As the victim exited his car he observed a woman sitting at the top of a stairwell alongside his parked car. As the victim entered his office his phone alerted him to his car alarm being activated. The victim found the sunroof on his car smashed and a review of CCTV showed the woman jump onto his car roof, then onto the ground and walk away.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 18 to 25 years of age with straight dark brown hair. She was wearing a white jacket over a floral dress, barefoot and carrying a black bag.
