At around 1.30am on Sunday 1 December 2024, a man approached a building on Wellington Street in Perth. CCTV captured the man urinating on a fire door before tearing the fire exit sign from the door.
Police have released CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skinned, average build with short dark hair. He was wearing a black shirt, light pants, sneakers and a black cap.
