At around 1.10pm on Tuesday 19 July 2022, the victim was driving his vehicle along York Street in North Perth when he had to stop his vehicle due to the erratic behaviour of a man riding his bicycle towards him on the wrong side of the road. The man on the bicycle swerved away then rode up to the front of the victim’s vehicle and slammed his fist down on the front bonnet, denting it. The man rode off shouting out incoherently.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 50 to 55 years of age, bald with an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a dark coloured jacket, gloves, white headphones and carrying a multi-coloured backpack.
