At around 3.40pm on Sunday 29 August 2021, a man walked into a service station on Albany Highway in Kelmscott and used a stolen bank card to make a fraudulent purchase. Less than a hour earlier, the owner of the bank card parked her car in a car park in Bedfordale and returned to find her car broken into. Numerous items were stolen from the locked boot, including her handbag containing the bank card
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing an olive green T-shirt, grey trousers with sunglasses.
