Around 12:50pm on Tuesday 2 March 2021 a stolen bank card was used to make fraudulent purchases in Mount Hawthorn.
The victim was working on a building site when an unknown person entered the site and took his backpack. The backpack contained a wallet and essential medical equipment needed by the victim.
Shortly after a bank card from within the backpack was fraudulently used to buy alcohol.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, average build, with curly black hair. She wore sunglasses, a black hooded jumper and beige pants.
