At around 1.58pm on Saturday 30 November 2024, the victim discovered two fraudulent transactions had been made using his bank card at a bar on Durnin Avenue in Beelier. The victim last used his bank card at a supermarket roughly ten minutes prior and hadn’t been able to locate it since. CCTV captured a man using the victims bank card to make two fraudulent purchases.

Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: dark skinned, slim build with dark hair and a white beard. He was wearing a black long-sleeved top, dark pants, black sneakers, a black cap, sunglasses and was carrying a checker back pack.
