Around 6.00pm on Friday 19 March 2021 a man parked his car in a public carpark in Northbridge.

Between this time and 9.00am on Saturday 20 March 2021 a bag was taken from the car. Inside the bag were bank cards, which were fraudulently used at fuel stations in East Perth and Burswood.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: fair skin, slim build, with dyed blonde hair. She was wearing a black hoodie, black tights and white sneakers. She also has a black and white backpack.

The man is described as: tan skin, medium build, balding with light brown hair. He was wearing a white tank top, light blue jeans, and white sneakers. He also wore a black crossbody bag and has a tattoo on his left shoulder.
