At around 1:30pm on Wednesday 01 September 2021, a man approached a kiosk on Joondalup drive in Joondalup and used a stolen card to make a fraudulent transaction. The card was also fraudulently used at 11 other locations on the same day. The card was in a purse that was stolen the previous day from a vehicle parked at a home in Mindarie.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build between 40-50 years of age. He was wearing a grey jacket and a black beanie.
