At around 4.40pm on Monday 17 June 2024, a man entered a liquor store on Joondalup Drive in Joondalup and made a fraudulent purchase using a stolen bank card. A further 14 fraudulent purchases were made that afternoon and evening at various stores in Joondalup and Currambine. The victim lost his wallet earlier which contained the bank card used in all the fraudulent transactions.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age with an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a black jumper, faded jeans, black sneakers, a red cap with blue headphones around his neck.
