A Smart Rider was lost in the Perth CBD area and it was realised by the victim that it had been stolen when the balance on the card reduced. Upon checking the balance online, the following information was obtained.

 

The Smart Rider was used between Victoria Park and McIver train station from Friday 11 September and Friday 18 September 2020 on six occasions.

 

Once it was realised that the Smart Rider was being used, the victim cancelled the card.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Light brown skinned, thin build with short dark hair. He was wearing glasses, a black wrist watch and carrying a black backpack. He was in possession of a light blue coloured mens bike.
