At around 11.15am on Saturday 17 February, the victim was notified that their bank card had been used to make multiple fraudulent transactions throughout the city. CCTV footage was obtained from one of the locations which showed a woman using the stolen bank card at a liquor store on Murray Street in Perth.

The woman is described as: medium build, light skinned with short dark hair. The woman was wearing a black dress, black slides and sunglasses.
