At around 3:30pm on Wednesday 17 February 2021 a bank card was fraudulently used at a shopping centre on Ocean Keys Boulevard in Clarkson.

 

A man in his 70’s was shopping when he realised his wallet was missing.

 

CCTV captured a woman making multiple fraudulent purchases using the victim’s card.

 

The woman made online purchases before using the card to buy cigarettes at a convenience store. She then attempted to make a purchase at a sports store but the card declined.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: tanned skin, solid build, with dark brown hair tied in a bin. She wore glasses, a colourful face mask, a black hooded jumper and long dark pants.
