Canning Vale Police are seeking assistance with a stealing and fraud incident that occurred in Canning Vale on Sunday 21 April 2019.
Around 3:15pm, an unknown person has stolen a mobile phone from a kiosk inside a shopping centre along Ranford Road, Canning Vale. Inside the phone case was a bank card.
The bank card was used to make a fraudulent transaction at a newsagent from the same shopping centre.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
