At around 10.30am on Thursday 4 November 2021, an unknown person removed a wallet from the cabin compartment of a bus parked on Russell Street in Morley while the driver was on a comfort break. Later that day a credit card from inside the wallet that was stolen was used to make 14 fraudulent purchases in numerous suburbs around Perth.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 40 to 50 years of age with a goatee and beard. He was wearing a grey T-shirt, light blue three quarter jeans, sunglasses, red baseball cap, cream coloured shoes and carrying a blue soft shoulder bag.
