At around 7.37pm on Friday 11 March 2022, a man entered a liquor store on Wellington Street in Morley and used a stolen bank card to purchase alcohol. Earlier that day the bank card was in a wallet stolen from an unlocked car, parked next to a vacuum machine while the owner was getting change for the machine. The owner saw a person wearing a hoodie leaning into his car and when he shouted out, the person ran off.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skinned, medium build with short buzzcut hair and tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a black and white striped shirt, light blue shorts with black runners.
