At around 4.15pm on Saturday 20 February 2021, a woman entered a liquor store on West Road in Bassendean and purchased a pack of pre-mixed alcohol using a stolen bank card.
The bank card had been stolen earlier that day from a motor vehicle parked in Marangaroo.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build with dark hair tied back. She was wearing a black singlet, blue denim shorts and black thongs.
