Rockingham Police are seeking public assistance to identify the person pictured who may be able to assist them with their investigation into a serious assault.
The incident occurred about 10.30am on Monday 28 April 2025 at a shopping centre on Council Avenue in Rockingham.
The man is described as 30-40 years of age and was wearing a light-coloured tracksuit.
