Bayswater Police are seeking information regarding an indecent act that occurred in Ashfield on Monday 10 February 2020.
A man was sat down near a girl and smiled at her before he was seen performing an indecent act.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
He is described as about 18-20-years-old, fair skinned, slim build with light curly hair wearing shorts, white short sleeved t-shirt and a black baseball cap.
