Karratha Police are seeking public assistance in relation to an incident that occurred at the Nickol West Park between 8.45am and 9.15am on Friday, 18 July 2025.
Investigators would like to speak with the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with inquiries.
Police believe an exercise class may have been present during the incident, and people in attendance may also have information which could assist the investigation.
