Northam Police are appealing for public assistance to identify the person pictured who they believe may be able to assist with an investigation into an incident that occurred in Northam on Monday, 13 October 2025.

About 11.00am, a woman walking around a river footpath, noticed an unknown male wearing dark clothing riding a bicycle near a fenced off area next to a building on Fitzgerald Street East.

The man got off his bike and walked to a nearby tree where he allegedly performed an indecent act.

The woman left the area in her vehicle and reported the matter to Northam Police.
