Around 9.30pm on Saturday 12 September 2020, two men were assaulted at a venue on Hay Street in Subiaco. The men were socialising with others at the venue when they were repeatedly approached by an unknown man who was part of a larger group of men. The man approached the two men and attempted to lick one of their faces before indecently assaulting one of the men and making homophobic comments. After the assault the group has left the venue in the direction of the train station.

 

Police have released an image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Light skinned, medium to large build, with short blonde hair. He was wearing sunglasses, a white shirt with black and red stripes and black pants.
