At about 10.00am on Monday 15 February 2021 a female has arrived at work in Scarborough Beach Road. Upon entering the building a man approached her from behind and placed his hand up her skirt.

The man had been seen earlier the same day loitering within the underground secure carpark of the same building.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: fair skin, slim build with reddish brown hair, moustache and beard. He was wearing board shorts, sneakers and hoodie.
