Alvin Gidgup (who also is known as Alvin Hart) has not been seen by family members since September 1998.
Although Alvin has a history of being solitary and of no fixed address he was known to travel between the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
He was last seen sitting in Weld Square Park on the corner of Beaufort and Newcastle Street Perth Western Australia in early November 1998.
