Circumstances
Shane Flanders was last seen on 28 January 2016.
He is described as 29 years of age, Caucasian, slim build, 180cm tall, scruffy brown hair and beard and blue eyes.
His vehicle, a silver 1999 Holden Commodore sedan 1AYA676, was sighted several times in car parks in the Scarborough Beach area late January/early February 2016.
There are serious concerns for his welfare.
