Norman was born on the 25th April 1916.

Norman Weston Toms (Norman) was 58 years of age residing in the Perth central business district.


At about 4.10 pm on Saturday 11 May 1974, Norman’s body was discovered on the veranda of a vacant premises situated on Newcastle Street, Perth. It was apparent Norman had been subjected to an assault that led to his death.

A criminal investigation commenced, however the person or persons responsible for the murder of Norman have never been identified.
