At around 6.00am on Thursday 24 March 2022, an early morning walker saw a man sitting on a bench wearing only his joggers performing an obscene act in a park on Fraser Avenue in Kings Park. When the walker called police on her mobile phone the man ran off along the footpath in the opposite direction.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, with a solid build, between 40 to 50 years of age with short dark brown hair. He was wearing only a pair of white sneakers and carrying no clothing with him.
