BACKGROUND:

  • Raymond Kehlet was born on 21 June 1967

In 2015, Raymond Keith Kehlet (Raymond) and Jennie Anne Kehlet (Jennie) were 47 and 49 years old respectively and resided in Beverley.

CASE DETAILS:

In March 2015, Raymond and Jennie travelled with a third party to a location known as ‘Bells Camp’, which is 30km south of Sandstone. Sandstone is approximately 150 km east of Mount Magnet.   

When family had no contact with Raymond or Jennie, they were reported missing on 31 March 2015.   

On 8 April 2015, Raymond was located deceased at the bottom of a mine shaft, less than two kilometres from the campsite. Despite extensive inquiries, Jennie has not been located.
