Mr SKELLY has eluded capture for many years and currently owes the state of Western Australia 296 days on a Return to Prison Warrant.
In 2024, the Rapid Apprehension Squad is still seeking information as to his whereabouts so that he can be returned to prison to serve out his remaining sentence.
