He was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment and was later released on parole in 2008, subsequently failing to comply with his parole conditions.
Mr FULTON was born in Victoria and arrived in Western Australia in 1996. He has links to South Australia and has spent some of his adult life there. Mr FULTON is known to go by the alias ‘Craig Harris’.
