At around 1.00pm on Tuesday 2 May 2023, the victim was walking through a car park on Attfield Street in Maddington when he was approached by a man yelling out that he wanted a cigarette. This man walked up to the victim and pushed the victim to the chest twice, the second time grabbing the victim’s silver necklace and pulling it off the victim before walking away with it.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short shaved hair. He was wearing a black jacket over a white t-shirt, black pants, black runners with white socks and a black cap.
