At around 1.00pm on Saturday 7 March 2020 a woman who had been shopping at a supermarket on Hampton Road in South Fremantle.

 

The woman began scanning items in the self-checkout area however staff noticed she was skipping items.

 

Staff approached the woman and she became aggressive, threatening to stab staff members before reaching into her pocket. She then punched one staff member in the face and another in the chest and arm, leaving the area with the trolley of items.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: tan skin, slim build with dark haired tied back, wearing a black t-shirt and light blue jeans.
