At around 10.30pm on Saturday 9 December 2023, two men walked into a convenience store on Hay Street in Perth and asked the staff member if they could purchase vapes. An argument about the price of the vapes ensued until one of the men threatened to punch the staff member if he didn’t hand over some vapes.
