At around 12.10am on Monday 27 September 2021, the juvenile victim and friend were on Roy Street in Mount Lawley when they were approached by three men. An altercation between the victim, friend and the three men took place, causing the victim and friend to run away fearing their safety. The three males caught up to the victim and assaulted him before stealing his silver necklace and smashing his mobile phone.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair and beard. He was wearing a black T-shirt, faded blue jeans and white joggers.
