Perth Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance for information following an attempted steal motor vehicle incident in Claremont on Wednesday, 27 May 2026.

Between 3.30am and 4.00am, an unknown male approached a home on Second Avenue and attempted to steal a white Husqvarna motorcycle secured to a four-wheel drive parked in the driveway.

Damage was caused to a garage roller door during the attempt. The male fled on foot after being confronted by a resident.

Detectives are seeking to identify the person pictured, as they may be able to assist with the investigation. He is described as being aged in his late 20s to early 30s, with light brown skin and between 160cm and 180cm tall.

He was wearing black sports pants, a black basketball jersey, a black baseball cap and black trainers.
