Around 8.00pm on Saturday 8 April 2023, the victim parked and locked his vehicle in the basement parking of an apartment building on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth. When the victim returned to his vehicle around 7.00am the following day, he discovered the front passenger side window smashed and some small change removed from the centre console inside the vehicle.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair. He was wearing a cream coloured hooded jacket over a black t-shirt and was carrying a black and blue backpack.
