At about 9.40am on Thursday 14 May 2020 a man entered a second hand store on Albany Highway in Cannington and approached the jewellery counter.
The man began speaking to staff and requested to see two engagement rings before running out of the store and leaving the area on an electric bike.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: fair skin, medium build with dark stubble, wearing a black hoodie, knee length jean shorts, a white beanie with sunglasses, navy/grey cross body bag and black and white sneakers.
