At around 12.45pm on Monday 12 August, the victim accidentally left her handbag in a café on Albany Highway in Cannington. A man approached the café and grabbed the unattended Guess handbag from a table before exiting the store.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, medium build, with dark facial hair. The man was wearing a red FILA top, a red and black Adidas jacket, black shorts, sneakers and a blue beanie.
