At around 4.05pm on Friday 27 May 2022, three women entered a retail store on Albany Highway in Cannington and walked to the section display baby prams. One of the women selected a pram valued at over a $1000 and started to push it towards the exit with the other two women. Just before the exit doors the women were confronted by staff members who wrestled the pram away with all three women trying to get the pram back from the staff members. The three women eventually left without the pram.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 20 to 25 years of age with black hair tied back into a ponytail behind her head and a tattoo on her right arm. She was wearing a black singlet with blue jeans.
