At around 11.45am on Sunday 4 September 2022, a man was seen on CCTV footage stealing a bicycle on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park. He approached the bike rack with bolt cutters, and while using the cutters was questioned by an onlooker. He continued to cut the lock and ride off with the bike. The victim returned a short time later and discovered her bike had been taken.

The man was also captured on CCTV earlier the same day, trespassing at a home nearby.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, with a buzz cut. He was wearing dark green track pants, a black T-Shirt, a dark hoodie, black shoes and was carrying a backpack.
