At around 4.00pm on Thursday 11 August 2022, a man is seen on CCTV enter an auto spares store on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park carryng a bag. He walked up to an audio display and took a battery operated drill from his bag and used the drill to remove a stereo amplifier from the display. Staff approached the man who then ran from the store with the amplifier.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with shoulder length dark brown hair. He was wearing a red and black jacket over a black shirt, navy blue pants, blue shoes and was carrying a black and blue backpack.
