Around 12.45pm on Sunday 23 June 2019, a man entered a liquor store on Albany Highway Kelmscott and proceeded to the spirits section. There he placed nine (yes that is 9) 700 ml bottles of spirits inside his backpack and walked out of the store with one bottle of red wine in his hand, without paying for them.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, around 30 years of age, medium build wearing an orange beanie and dark clothing.
