Gosnells Police are seeking assistance with a stealing incident that occurred at a hardware store along Albany Highway, Maddington on Thursday 7 February 2019.

Around 10:15am a woman has entered the store and made her way to the tool shop area of the store.

She has then entered the camera aisle, selected an item and concealed it in her bag. She was noticed by staff members and asked to remove the item.

After handing the item back to staff members, she left the store and was not seen to enter a vehicle.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

She is described as fair skinned with a medium build, dark hair and aged in her 40s. She was last seen wearing a grey top, green pants and a large black bag.
