Around 8pm on Tuesday 26 March 2019, a man entered a liquor store on Albany Highway Maddington and walked into the fortified wine section and selected a bottle of Tawny port. He placed the item down his pants and went to walk out of the store. He was approached by an employee who asked him to pay for the item. He told the employee that he was not going to pay and left the store without paying for the item.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: Light skinned, medium build and brown short hair. He was wearing a blue singlet and blue denim shorts.
