Just after 3.15pm on Monday 25 November 2019 a man has attended a leisure centre on Alexander Road, Belmont and removed a Giant Hybrid bicycle from outside.
At the time the bike was taken it was chained up outside and the man has cut the locking chain, leaving it on the ground and riding off with the bike.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as fair skinned wearing a black t-shirt, light coloured shorts, black shoes, black backpack, and tattoos on both hands.
