At around 5.05am on Thursday 1 December 2022, CCTV recorded a man on a bicycle stop outside a home on Banyard Avenue in Kelmscott. The man got off his bicycle and walked into the front yard and pulled a lightup Reindeer out of the front flower bed. The man rode away on his bicycle holding the Reindeer which was still lit.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with wavy black hair and thin moustache. He was wearing an oversized black hooded jumper over grey shorts with sliders.
