At around 4.30pm on Monday 6 February 2023, two men are seen on CCTV enter a bike cage at a train station on Beeliar Drive in Jandakot. Once inside, a large bolt cutter is removed from a bag and the men are seen cut the chain locks on a e-scooter and a e-bike. One man exited the bike cage with the e-scooter and the other man exited with the e-bike.

Police have released CCTV images of one of the men who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age, short hair and tattoos on his neck and face. He was wearing a black hooded jumper with a large white symbol on the front and ‘Against all Gods’ on the back, black pants, black cap with black joggers.
