At around 9.30am on Wednesday 7 September 2022, the 94 year old victim completed her shopping in a grocery store on Belmont Avenue in Cloverdale. When the victim entered another store she realised her purse was missing from inside her handbag. The victim immediately contacted the bank and discovered her bank card inside her purse had been used once to make a purchase at a store nearby.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age with black hair tied into a bun on top of her head. She was wearing a black jumper over a white T-shirt with black Everlast Active shorts and black joggers.
