At around 10.00am on Saturday 16 May 2020 a man entered a supermarket on Belvidere Street in Belmont and picked up a number of items.

 

Among these items were packages of meat and confectionary. When challenged by the store’s manager the man left the area of foot without making any attempt to pay.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: dark skin, facial hair, medium build wearing a white t-shirt, black jacket, blue sneakers and a grey baseball cap. He arrived at the store riding a green bicycle.
