At around 8.00am on Tuesday 20 August 2024, the victim discovered the driver side front window had been smashed on his vehicle parked overnight on the driveway of his home on Bert Street in Gosnells. Unknown offenders had entered the vehicle and removed a brown leather wallet from the centre console containing a bank card and driver’s licence. Eight fraudulent transactions were made earlier that same morning before the bank card could be cancelled.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with a thin black moustache and facial hair. He was wearing a blue hooded jumper, black track pants, blue sneakers, white ‘LA’ cap and was carrying a black backpack.
