At around 4.00am on Monday 31 July 2023, the victim was inside a licenced premises on Bolton Avenue in Burswood when she realised her purse on the top of a counter had been removed. A review of CCTV shows a man approach the counter and remove the victim’s purse and walk over to a woman who takes the purse and removes cash from it before returning the purse to the man.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 35 to 40 years of age with light brown hair tied back. She was wearing a dark green jacket over a black singlet, black pants with white runners.
